Your customers, providers, commercial data and resale pricing remain under your control.
Compare the operating model.
Not just the feature list.
Large freight platforms can be excellent. They can also be more system, implementation and commercial complexity than an independent forwarder needs. This evidence-bound comparison shows where CyberForward is deliberately lighter—and where a mature suite may be the better choice.
Public vendor information checked August 16, 2026. Always verify a vendor quote against your users, shipment mix, modules, implementation and provider costs.
Independent forwarders deserve heavyweight leverage.
Independent forwarders are the crusaders who keep global trade moving beside 800-pound shipping-line and platform giants. They win with judgement, relationships and lane knowledge—but too often negotiate alone.
Opt in lane-by-lane to aggregate demand, capacity, buying opportunities or specialist services.
A larger approved demand picture can support better supplier conversations and more equitable outcomes.
Contribute valuable warehousing, routes or expertise and earn the agreed margin when another participant uses it.
Six credible paths. Very different commercial models.
This is not a ranking. It is a practical buying map built from each vendor’s public product and pricing pages, plus CyberForward’s current product boundaries.

“Available” does not mean identical scope. Contract terms, country coverage, data migration, training, provider fees, usage, implementation and support can materially change total cost and fit.
Software is only one part of the operating answer.
One workspace price
USD $50 per workspace each month at launch—not a per-seat maze. Provider usage and separately scoped services remain disclosed.
AI with its receipts
Extraction and automation retain source, confidence and missing information so a plausible answer is never treated as verified freight data.
Team and customer separation
The operator sees costs, margin, compliance and next actions. The customer sees the approved supply-chain picture.
People when software is not enough
Add experienced operators for one lane, one team or a separately scoped desk without surrendering the customer relationship.
Opt-in commercial leverage
Contribute or use approved demand, capacity and services while each forwarder remains independent.
Honest boundaries
Customs submissions, insurance binding and a full WMS are not silently implied inside the $50 Core product.
Real product screens, not abstract freight diagrams.
The public demo uses synthetic records. The interface and control model are the current CyberForward product.

When a larger platform may be the better answer.
If you need broad native customs filing, contract warehouse management, extensive enterprise controls or multi-country functions on day one, Magaya, CargoWise or Scope may be a better fit. If you want a cloud-native US suite with native customs, GoFreight deserves a close look. If published per-user SaaS pricing and configuration breadth matter, Logitude is a credible benchmark.
