# CyberForward CyberForward is a connected freight operating system for small and growing freight forwarders, operated by WebPOS LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. It drives repeatable busywork toward zero while keeping operational exceptions, customer changes, documentation issues, supplier coordination and consequential decisions visible to people. ## Commercial control CyberForward has live tenant-scoped quote-conversion, recorded-cost, invoice and modelled-margin analytics. The architecture retains quote versions and cost lines; supplier-rate management, forwarder quote authoring and document-based supplier-invoice ingestion remain controlled launch work rather than released self-serve capability. The forwarder retains ownership and control of customer relationships, provider relationships and commercial data. Network and managed-operations participation is opt-in and explicitly scoped. ## Independent-forwarder leverage CyberForward is developing an opt-in demand, capacity and service aggregation model so independent forwarders can approach suppliers with more commercial weight while remaining independent. It is not a live buying marketplace today. It is a buying-group and capacity-discovery model, not a labor union. CyberForward does not set participants’ resale prices, allocate customers or markets, require exclusivity, or expose competitively sensitive information outside an approved transaction. Network activation remains participation-, provider- and legal-gated; no rate, demand or volume outcome is guaranteed. ## Freight software comparison CyberForward publishes an evidence-bound comparison with Magaya, CargoWise, GoFreight, Logitude and Scope. Public vendor pricing and features were checked August 16, 2026 and linked to original vendor pages. CyberForward Core is USD 50 per workspace per month; larger systems may be a better fit where native customs filing, full warehouse management or complex enterprise depth is required on day one. ## Operating models - Platform: move the team and customers into one affordable freight portal and single source of truth; provide permissioned visibility across approved milestones, requests and documents, with invoice visibility where enabled; drive repeatable busywork toward zero while consequential actions remain controlled. - Managed operations: add experienced freight operators for one lane or process (for example, food exports to India), a team, or a separately agreed day-to-day operating scope. - Network participation: list selected warehousing, lanes or services so approved participants can use them and the provider can earn the agreed recurring margin; demand is not guaranteed and relationships are not silently shared. - Succession: evidence customer relationships, provider networks, recurring earnings and operating know-how so the owner can compare a staged continuity or separately signed ownership pathway with conventional exit options; no valuation or outcome is guaranteed. ## Products - CyberForward Core: published at USD 50 per workspace per month. Live capability includes tenant roles, customer CRM, AI-assisted request intake, shipment workflows, customer portal, versioned quote acceptance, invoices, margin analytics and audit evidence. Forwarder quote authoring, document upload, external tracking and production accounting connectors remain controlled activation lanes. - CyberForward Core + Managed ERPNext: published at USD 250 per workspace per month. The provisioning, entitlement and accounting foundations exist; each customer instance is activated only after payment, provisioning and health acceptance are production-ready. - Prices exclude applicable taxes and separately disclosed third-party usage or implementation. ## Product boundaries CyberForward prepares and organizes freight work. Self-serve checkout remains fail-closed until production activation is complete. CyberForward is not a carrier, customs broker, insurer or legal adviser. Regulated submissions, binding insurance, compliance resolution, shipment release and non-standard commercial commitments remain controlled human or approved-partner actions. ## Links - Product: https://cyberforward.us/platform.html - Compare freight software: https://cyberforward.us/compare.html - Interactive product: https://cyberforward.us/digital-twin.html - Integrations: https://cyberforward.us/network.html - Operating models: https://cyberforward.us/succession.html - Pricing: https://cyberforward.us/pilot.html - About: https://cyberforward.us/about.html - Contact and booking: https://cyberforward.us/contact.html - Affiliate program: https://partners.cyberforward.us/register - Privacy: https://cyberforward.us/privacy.html - Terms: https://cyberforward.us/terms.html - Application: https://app.cyberforward.us
